Part 1 of 2 - Are you experiencing stress because of relational conflict? Don’t know how to handle it?
99% of our stress boils down to broken relationships–with each other, ourselves and even with God if you believe in such a thing. Here is a great way of handling stress from relational conflict first dealing with the internal conflict in our hearts before the external confrontation. (We’ll deal with confrontation in part 2.)
Internal A.C.E:
A – ccept
C – ompassion
E – ngage

I can relate to sticking one’s head in the sand as I have done that often. In the very short-term it can work to some extent but usually not so well in the long run, yeah. What is in that other 1% of stress that isn’t about relationships, or is that just the Heisenberg uncertainty principle in action? I’m curious to know if the second part will touch upon the Kilman conflict resolution approaches where there are 5 different approaches: Competing, Accomodating, Avoiding, Collaborating, and Compromising. Each of us has our own style for dealing with conflicts, much like we each have our own personality and spirit. Good stuff as usual Ed, I look forward to part 2.

Hahah I actually believe 100% of stress comes from broken relationships but I wanted to leave it slightly open for other opinions.
Here is a preview hint on the conflict resolution. It involves LOVE… then again what Re:LIFE strategy doesn’t involve love?
