Coming Soon: The Synchronized Leader
Dear Reader,
I am excited to announce my next project entitled ‘The Synchronized Leader’. As we continue to work towards the redemptive synchronization of society, I have realized that there must be an increased focus on leadership. And not just any leadership–but synchronized leadership.
The concept of leadership must change with the dramatic shifts in our society. No longer are the days where strong institutional leaders can command respect and single-handedly guide communities and organizations. The days of institutional authority and unity are over based upon observations within the past decade.
So what type of leaders will true rise in the next season?
I am going to explore this in my next book. One thing I can tell you is that the synchronized leader understands the importance of intimacy. I am not referring to sexual intimacy here. I am speaking about the ability to lead transparently and relationally connect with an individual or corporate social graph. The explosion of social networking and virtual connection platforms is only the beginning of the opportunity–and need–for intimacy. The synchronized leader must also understand where to fuse culture, strategy and optimization to achieve exponential growth and opportunity for themselves while being Life-giving to their social sphere.
I look forward to sharing these insights and practical application based upon focused research and development. Our web-based project www.iamsynchronized.com will be a live case-study of the impact synchronized leadership will have on society.
