Can a community of people today really come together to achieve success in all areas of their live while making a real difference in the world?
Some of you who know me personally have watched me struggle with this topic for the past few months. And many times, I have come close to scrapping everything up-to-date to try to start fresh. My point of frustration is based upon my own inner design of never being satisfied. For me it’s about results, results, results.
However we can never seek results at the sacrifice of relationships. I know this. I am trying to live this.
If you have read my book you know in Life there is a tension between results and relationships. This is why for me the concept of community is really powerful. And I have determined that only through community, and not just any community but ones with purpose and mentorship at their cores, can we fully achieve the results (aka “success”) my heart strains for.
To be a mentorship community, one must not only feed the hearts and minds of its members, but also equip people to feed themselves. This involves learning where to find the food, pick the food, and get it into one’s mouth without making a total mess. It is a complete process that must nourish body, mind and spirit into a state of maturity.
This is why I have created this latest model and will begin teaching all our strategic models in our regular mentorship villages. I believe it is the next “evolution to revolution” when it comes to our mission of “transforming communities to rescue lives.”
I have combined many elements found within Re:LIFE this far. The other models are valid but this one streamlines form and function. It is very exciting to me. In the center you will start with your personal dreams and realities of Life. Around this there are 7 “principle transformations” one can integrate into personal vision to achieve success. (If you are familiar with our Life mentorship, you will see that each principle transformation also corresponds to the 7 “blessings” in our Being to Blessing strategy.)
If you are in the local area, I hope you can join our village in Calgary. I am also very honored to announce that a couple more villages will be born shortly. This truly an exciting time for all of us.
