Mission

“Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch that I have got hold of for the moment and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.”

- George Bernard Shaw

Our mission is the redemptive synchronization of society. It’s our big idea. It’s why we get up in the morning.

We think there is a big problem going on in the world. It’s a bigger problem than the economy, natural disasters, systemic poverty or war for natural resources.

The problem is de-synchronization.

De-synchronization occurs when people and organizations aren’t doing what they are designed to do. It’s when people individually or corporately aren’t living their purpose, passions and potential. De-synchronization is the single most challenging roadblock to success and fulfillment. De-synchronization is the result of many factors. Here are the main challenges we see. Maybe you can relate.

INDIVIDUALS do not know who they are and spend most of their lives trying to become what others want them to be. Their callings are de-legitimized by popular culture, media and social legalism.

ENTREPRENEURS make the mistake of attempting to compete by emulating major corporations and overlook market niches that can be fortified for sustainable success.

MANAGERS simply react to team dynamics instead of truly understanding how to leverage the diversity of tangible and intangible resources found within the organization.

CORPORATE BRANDS, by taking a mass-market interruption-based approach, alienate their consumer base and miss lucrative viral opportunities through social media channels.

SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS lose influence and drain resources through the inability to clearly articulate and execute prime objectives for a donor base and general public.

Imagine a world where every individual, company and organization was synchronized with their purpose, passions and potential. How much success and fulfillment could we experience? Now imagine if we all synchronized that success and fulfillment with the needs of our society?

This is where we introduce the concept of redemption.

To us, redemption is what happens when you take something from broken back to Life. We believe there’s a lot of brokenness in our society. But more often than not, we’re trying to solve the brokenness in the wrong way. Instead of trying to directly fix things, we believe the solution is to create a movement of success that naturally fulfills the void with generosity and compassion. This is why we envision masses of people synchronized for true success and fulfillment while creating a redemptive impact in society.

Redemptive synchronization looks like this just for beginners:

INDIVIDUALS know who they are and how their purpose, passions and potential synchronize with the relationships around them.

ENTREPRENEURS know what type of business would fulfill their entrepreneurial spirits and synchronize that with their markets for a competitive advantage.

MANAGERS synchronize their team’s individuality for an effective and thriving culture to meet the goals of the organization.

CORPORATE BRANDS synchronize their core messaging efforts and tactical strategies with the relevant media channels such as social media to continually build brand equity.

SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS understand the needs of the community and synchronize their mission and limited resources to maximize tangible impact.

Can we accomplish our mission of redemptive synchronization of society? We think so. We’re using digital tools and social media to spread our big idea. And if you want to follow our adventures and see how we’re making it a reality, check our one of our projects: www.iamsynchronized.com
